Medical Insurance Plans
We will bill Blue Cross and Blue Shield and copay is required at
the time of service. Payment is required at the time of service
for all other insurance plans. For surgery, we will, as a
courtesy, bill your insurance plan, but our patients remain
responsible for the bill.
Payment Options
Patients are responsible for their copay at the time of their
visit. Cash, VISA, MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
