About Us
Herb Alexander, MD
Charlotte Alexander, MD
Drs. Herb and Charlotte Alexander have been providing orthopaedic care to the
Wood River Valley since 1998. They are Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. Herb Alexander is a specialist in sports medicine, fractures (broken bones),
and arthroscopic
surgery. Dr. Charlotte Alexander specializes in hand surgery. Both have been named as
America's Top Orthopedists
by the Consumers' Research Council of America.
At our office, conveniently located adjacent to St. Luke's
Wood River Medical Center, we provide musculoskeletal evaluations to patients of
all ages with conditions affecting the shoulder, arm, elbow, forearm, wrist,
hand, hip, thigh, knee, leg, ankle, and foot. We have onsite x-ray and
same-day emergency appointments (in most cases). Our facility includes
state of the art computerization with digital x-rays and electronic health
